HomeClosers is a marketing firm and has no products or services of its own to sell to site users; consequently there is no charge to users for the use of any forms or information on our site. While HomeClosers is not a law firm, our site does provide gateways for users to engage the services of respected, experienced real estate law firms, as well as other real estate industry firms, across Canada. The law firms provide their property closing services to the user for the fee indicated in the HomeClosers' Fee Calculator. All users are hereby advised to confirm in advance the compensation arrangement of any firm from which they desire to receive professional services.
Using Home Closers
While using the HomeClosers site users are prohibited from:
- Violating any laws
- Infringing any third party right
- Distributing or containing spam (unsolicited commercial email) or pyramid schemes
- Distributing viruses or any other technologies that may harm our interests or property of those of our users
- Imposing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfering with the proper working of HomeClosers.ca
